Warranty Information

For proper OUTDOOR installation, anchoring your Backyard Drive-in™ into the ground with the stakes provided IS ALWAYS NECESSARY. The Backyard Drive-in™ is not engineered to be a permanent structure and should not be treated as such. With an average set-up time of 8.5 minutes, the Backyard Drive-in™ has been designed with quick and easy installation in mind.


Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all merchandise for defects or poor workmanship. Within 30 days of the date it was shipped, you may return unused merchandise in its original carton for a complete refund (less shipping and handling charges) or make an exchange. In all cases the customer is responsible for return and shipping charges.


Defective and Missing Parts

We try our best to minimize any defective parts that are shipped with our products. We will replace - free of charge, including freight - any part which is deemed defective. You replacements will be shipped to you by ground courier. Any additional shipping charge will be the responsibility of the customer. You must, in all cases, provide a copy of your receipt showing the date of purchase, model number and price. Damages which are weather related, strong winds, snow and ice or from improper anchoring, are not considered defects.


Damage Due to Improper Anchoring, Strong Winds, Snow or Ice

Backyard Drive-in™ Incorporated does not guarantee our product for damage as a result of extreme weather conditions. If your screen is not anchored securely, it will blow over. If your screen blows over causing bodily harm or damage to the product as a result of improper installation in any way contradicting the setup instructions outlined within the Backyard Drive-in™ manual, we are not responsible and will not send free replacements. Anchoring is your responsibility. If you know that a strong weather front is coming - take down your Backyard Drive-in™. The frame is designed to be quickly and easily erected and taken down.


Normal Wear and Tear

Normal wear and tear is not covered and should be expected. In order to receive a discount or free replacement you will have to return the defective screen or frame to your warehouse for inspection before we will send a replacement. You must, in all cases, provide a copy of your receipt showing the date of purchase, model number and price. Damages caused by improper anchoring, strong winds, snow or ice are not considered defects. We offer replacements at extremely affordable prices.
